Project Description:
The mall redevelopment project includes 260,000 square feet of new construction and approximately 185,000 square feet of redeveloped existing retail space. Over 60 new retail concepts, including two additional large format retailers will be added to the mall. Tresman Steel, along with our joint venture partner, will supply and install 1700 Tons of structural steel and joist.
