Project Description:
The new ETFO headquarters is a 120,000 square foot building which has achieved LEED Platinum certification. The building elements have allowed this new headquarters to be one of the greenest, and most energy efficient office buildings in Toronto.
Tresman Steel, along with our joint venture partner, supplied and installed approximately 300 Tons of structural steel and joist for this project. All steel shipped to the site met LEED Platinum requirements for recycled content and regional content.
