Project Description:
This condominium was made up of 4 floors and a mechanical penthouse erected on top and of an existing 4-story factory. The building design consisted of structural steel columns, composite floor system, and steel moment frames providing lateral stability to the building. Tresman Steel supplied and installed approximately 400 tonnes of structural steel and joist for this project. Erection was completed in 7 weeks.
